Returns

We accept product returns only for defects in our jewelry. In this case you must send us the purchased item and upon receipt we will send you a new one.

The default returns of the jewel must be made within a period of less than 48 hours from receipt, after this period we will not be able to accept any return. The return of the product that you wish to return must be made in the same packaging and with the same packing sheet inside, otherwise we will not be able to ensure the validation of the return request.

When returning the shipment, we suggest that you purchase shipping tracking services in order to ensure the validation of the return . We will enter the return only once we receive the tracking number from your postal agency.

*Sale items are final sale and are eligible for store credit only. There are no refunds or exceptions with these types of items.*

We do not accept returns in these cases:

  • We do not accept merchandise that has been on sale or that has been purchased with a Discount Code.
  • We do not accept returns received after 2 days from the original shipping date and will be returned to the return address at the customer's expense with additional shipping costs.
  • We are not responsible for price changes of the product you wish to return as prices and models may vary over time.
  • We are firm with our policy as we want to be fair to everyone.

We do not accept changes for other items or the same in other sizes:

We do not accept any exchange for jewelry delivered in good condition. We recommend that you read the description of each product as we try to be as transparent as possible in order to avoid this type of situation with our customers.

Why?: We do not accept changes since, as it is a product sent in good condition, we cannot accept its return since this would imply that we cannot put it up for sale again. We ensure that all our products with a waterproof color guarantee are delivered without any use and in perfect condition.

Refunds and cancellation of orders:

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. We cannot cancel or modify orders once the order has been placed or if they have been shipped. We're sorry. Our team is so fast that we cannot ensure the cancellation of it before it is already in the hands of our carrier...

However, we can change the delivery date or modify the shipping address within 24 hours of placing the order, just contact us at contacto@pialu.pe .
