Terms and Methods for Exchange or Return

We accept free returns and exchanges within 30 days.

If you wish to make an exchange or return, click here or write to us at contact@pialu-jewels.com.

Instructions:
Once you have made your request, you will receive a prepaid return label to your email. Don't forget to include the jewelry in its original packaging. Simply stick the label on the package and take it to the nearest post office. It's free.

Processing times:

• Refunds: Up to 7 business days from receipt of the jewelry.
• Jewelry exchange: You will receive the new jewelry in 5 days.

Other cases:

• Damaged or incorrect product: Please contact us within 5 days of receipt at contact@pialu-jewels.com. We will send you a replacement jewel at no cost.

Exclusions:

• We do not accept exchanges or returns on earrings/hoops/earcuffs, gift cards or gift packaging.
• Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.
