Shipping Security
All our orders are protected by FREE shipping insurance , which covers loss, theft, damage during shipping and any other inconvenience that may arise.
If your jewelry arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, please contact us within 5 days of receipt by sending an email to contact@pialu-jewels.com. Include the order number and, if possible, photos of the item received. Our team will take care of the matter quickly.
Will I be able to track my order?
Yes! Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email with the shipping information and a tracking number so you can know when it will arrive (usually within 24-48 hours).
How many days do I have to pick up my order if I choose the Click&Collect option?
You have 8 days to collect your order at the Punto Pack you have selected. If you are unable to collect it within this period, your jewellery will be returned to our address. In this case, when we receive the jewellery, we can arrange a new shipment by mail or process a refund of the amount paid.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
We accept returns and exchanges for free. You have 30 days!

Instructions:
Once you have made your request, you will receive a prepaid return label to your email. Don't forget to include the jewelry in its original packaging. Simply stick the label on the package and take it to the nearest post office. It's free.
Processing times:
-Refunds: Up to 7 business days from receipt of the jewelry.
-Jewelry exchange: You will receive the new jewel in 5 days.
Other cases:
-Damaged or incorrect product: Please contact us within 5 days of receipt at contact@pialu-jewels.com. We will send you a replacement jewel at no cost.
Exclusions:
-We do not accept exchanges or returns of earrings/hoops/earcuffs, gift cards or gift packaging.
-Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.
How to request a refund?
You can start the exchange or return process directly from your account Here . Fill in your details and upon completing your request you will receive a prepaid return label.
Is it free to exchange or return my order?
Yes! It's free. You will receive a prepaid return label that you must stick on the return package.
Can I exchange or return a piece of jewelry I bought at a discount?
Yes, you can! We accept returns on all sale items.
What happens if the price of the jewelry I want to exchange is different from the original price?
- Higher Price: If the jewel you wish to exchange has a higher price than the original, you will be asked to pay the difference on our exchange and return platform. The exchange will be processed once the additional payment has been validated.
- Lower Price: If the new jewelry is priced lower, we will refund the difference.
In which cases is a return or exchange not applicable?
- If it has been more than 30 days since you received the product.
- Jewelry that shows signs of use or that is not returned in its original packaging and in good condition.
- Earrings/hoops/earcuffs for hygiene reasons, gift packaging, gift cards, products received for free (such as complimentary jewelry or prizes), and items purchased in promotions with quantity discounts. The latter can be exchanged, but not returned.
