We accept exchanges for other items or for the same item in different sizes:

You have a period of 30 days to request a change of jewelry for another size or a different piece. Once we receive the item, we will issue a credit note that can be used throughout the store. This will allow you to select the jewelry of your choice at no additional cost. Please note that the maximum period to request an exchange is 30 days.

How to return your jewelry?

Simply fill out the form below, and we will provide you with the necessary information to process your return. When returning the shipment, we recommend purchasing shipment tracking services to ensure the return is validated. We will process the return only after receiving the tracking number from your postal agency.

Returns (refunds)

We maintain high quality standards and ensure that our jewelry arrives in the best condition. However, if the jewelry has obvious defects due to shipping impacts or manufacturing problems, we accept returns without requiring you to send the item back.

We accept product returns only in cases where there are defects in our jewelry. In such instances, you are not required to send the purchased item back to us. You only need to provide proof, such as images or videos showing the damaged jewelry during shipping or any other evidence of your dissatisfaction. This will enable us to validate the return and issue a refund at no additional cost to you.

Claims for returning the jewelry must be made within 48 hours of receipt. After this period, we will be unable to accept any returns. Clear images of the claim must be sent to us for us to validate the return request. Without these images, we will be unable to ensure the validation of the refund request.

*Sale items are considered final sale and are eligible for store credit only. There will be no refunds or exceptions for these types of items*

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Merchandise that has been on sale or purchased with a Discount Code.
  • Returns received after 2 days from the original shipping date. In such cases, the items will be returned to the customer's expense, with additional shipping costs.
  • We are not responsible for any price changes that may occur for the product you wish to return, as prices and models may vary over time.
  • We adhere firmly to our policy to ensure fairness to all customers.

Order Cancellation:

We do not offer order cancellations. Once an order has been placed or shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify it.

Conditions of changes

All orders are shipped with a prepaid shipping label that you must affix to the original package. If you want to make a change, please write to us first at contact@pialu-jewels.com indicating your order number and change request.

  • To ensure validation of your exchange, the item must be returned in its original packaging, including the packing slip. Otherwise, your exchange will not be validated and your jewelry will be returned to the recipient.
  • The item must not have signs of use and must be free of defects in order to validate the exchange.
  • We only accept exchanges with prior coordination through our email contact@pialu-jewels.com. Do not send your jewelry back without having previously registered the exchange with us. We reserve the right to reject exchanges in case this step is omitted.
  • You have 30 days to exchange your jewelry from the day you received it.
  • The item must not have signs of use and must be free of defects in order to validate the exchange.

How do I exchange my jewelry?

All orders are shipped with a prepaid shipping label that you must affix to the original package. If you want to make an exchange, please write to us first at contact@pialu-jewels.com indicating your exchange , so we can register your return label in our system.

We will respond within 24 to 48 hours, letting you know when you can now send us your jewelry.

Prepare your exchange jewelry in its original packaging and stick the return label that came with your order on top. It is important that the original packaging reaches us so that we can validate the exchange. Then, go to your nearest post office.

You do not need to pay shipping costs.

When we receive your jewelry (4-10 days), you will receive a credit note with the total amount of your returned jewelry, so you can purchase the new jewelry you want on the website. We hope you find something you love!

Returns - claims conditions

We do not accept returns in these cases:

  • We only accept claims for jewelry with a manufacturing defect or damage during transport. We are not responsible for jewelry that has suffered an external accident.
  • We do not accept returned merchandise without prior agreement by mail. To make your claim, you only need to write to us and you do not need to return your jewelry.
  • We do not accept returns received after 2 days of the original shipping date and they will be returned to the return address at the customer's expense with additional shipping charges.
  • The claim is eligible for a shipment of a new piece of jewelry without any defects or a store credit + free delivery, but we do not issue refunds for the amount paid.
  • We are not responsible for price changes of the product you wish to return as prices and models may vary over time.

How do I proceed with a return or refund claim?

As soon as you receive your jewelry, you have 48 hours to send us your claim.

Once you receive your jewelry, you have 48 hours to send us any complaints you may have. Please send us an email to contac@pialu-jewels.com stating the reason for your complaint and attach clear photos and videos showing any defects in our jewelry.

Once your request has been received and accepted, we will proceed to send you a new piece of jewelry to your home address. In the event that the jewelry is not available in our stock, we can offer you a credit in our store for the same amount you paid, in addition to providing you with free shipping.

Can I cancel my order?

We do not offer order cancellation. We cannot cancel or modify orders once the order has been placed or if they have been shipped. We are sorry. Our team is so fast that we cannot guarantee cancellation of the order before it is already in the hands of our carrier...

However, we can change the delivery date or modify the shipping address within 24 hours of placing the order, just contact us at contact@pialu-jewels.com
