If you have purchased one of our jewelry pieces and it doesn't meet your expectations, regardless of how long you've had it, simply reach out to us, and we will provide you with a replacement at no additional cost. 2. Returns-exchanges:

• All our jewelry is of high quality, but in case you receive a jewelry with a manufacturing defect, we accept returns ( keep in mind that returns for defects do not follow the same policies as our color guarantee, which is valid for life ). Returns by default in the jewel received must be made within a period of less than 48 hours from receipt. • If you want to exchange your jewel for another model or size, we accept changes within a maximum period of 30 days. You just have to send us the jewel and we will send you the new jewel you want at no additional cost. You can get more information HERE.
